License for 8

Note:  As long as the number of infants remains at two AND at least two of the children are six years old, a family child care provider licensed for 8 can take any combination of children over two years of age.

Example 1:  2 infants + 2 preschool + 4 school age
Example 2:  2 infants + 6 school age
